Yeah...... I really hope they charge the trucking company for the repairs.
On the one hand, I'm thinking, "Who drives a truck and doesn't know their clearance?!", but I'm kind of feeling bad for the guy, because he will probably get fired.

I didn't offend you with my comment about your language, I hope. You know it's true. :D

Are you kidding? I'm the one who gets around the naughty word filter with things like (Pooh!) and (Tinkerbelle!) and (Samuel L Jackson.) in lieu of the actual word.

I'm guessing you said (Samuel L. Jackson) a lot, didnt you? :D

Okay, you don't always do that parenthetical thing...particularly when you are calling very nice and not totally stupid people untrue and uncalled for names. WHICH I have only noticed you doing ONCE, btw. So, there's that.

I knew very quickly that it was a terrible tie-up and not typical traffic, so i was actually fairly calm about the whole thing. I texted my friend to say I'd be late and did some more texting...folded up my Publix bags....and I waited to turn around. Sirius had some excellent songs on, so that helped a bunch.

You, on the other hand...I don't even want to think the words you might have been saying. But they'd have been not very nice ones, I am sure.

There were a bunch of helicopters hovering up ahead. Maybe news? They were just hovering, so I don't think they were doing tours or whatnot.

You need to be listening to Opie and Anthony on XM Radio. And lil Jimmy Norton.

I can't even exercise that restraint sometimes, honestly. (Curious question, do you get in trouble if you actually swear on here, or is it just a common courtesy thing?)

Its not a low clearance by any stretch of the imagination. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm fairly certain its normal
Traffic dave!
In all honesty though I try to avoid I4 between 4-6 at all costs. Luckily I'm usually still in Lakeland at that point.

Yes. I have been talked to (and occasionally put in time out) over my language over the past ten years....

I've always had good luck with 192 going to Disney (I prefer taking the longer route to the less crowded DHS toll plaza when I visit that park), but I guess its a good thing I didn't use it yesterday!

Oops, haha. I just wasn't sure. I openly used the word that starts with an a and is a substitute for butt, so I'm anticipating something, ha.

Also, happy almost 10 year anniversary!
