A couple of weeks ago Inside the Magic had this on their Podcast. There was a Video Podcast that showed you how to make it and everything. Very good stuff. Taste's just like it does in the parks.

Yeah - from the small print I learned Dole Whips are lactose free!!! I have a VERY lactose-intolerant daughter, and this will make her day (not to mention mine since I have to sleep in the same room as her on vacation... )
