Does V&A's book up as quick as other restaurants?

I know that you *can* book 180 days out just like the others, but do you *have* to?

The cost seems prohibitive for it to book up quickly but the exclusivity of it might prove me wrong! i think we just want to do the normal dining room, not the Chef's Table.

I think it fills up faster than normal places. It is generally very hard to get.

I have never had an issue getting a table for 2 during our trip. We tend to book at least a month out.

If you know for sure you want to dine there and when then I would make a reservation ASAP. If you change your mind you can always cancel or change it later. Now if you would want the Chefs table or the Queen Victoria room you have to do that right at 180.

just remember the dress code (it is really the only dining on property that will enforce it)
