Does the Shoppers Pass still exist

In past years, you used to be able to "purchase" a ticket to park to go in specifically to shop and if you exited within an hour you were not charged. Does anyone know if this policy is still in place?

I have no idea if that still exists, but at the moment I'm not sure it would be very useful. You can find basically everything they sell in the parks at World of Disney, or on the Disney website. They no longer have much unique merchandise in the parks.

we wanted to exchange an item we bought in Norway pavilion at EPCOT, so the website or World of Disney doesn't help.

Contact guest services at your resort maybe they can do something. They may not be able to but it doesn't hurt to ask
This (but go to the front desk in person, not over the phone) or Guest Relations at the front of the park should be able to assist. They have “runners” whose role is to help with things like this. Please let me know if they’re able to do it.

I would be absolutely astonished. There would be nothing stopping you from getting in a stand-by line for a ride. Plus, it may be a little risky anyway, chances are that you might get held up and not be able to get out within an hour -- and what would the consequences be if you get out at the 90 minute mark? Would they throw you in Disney jail until you paid the difference that made up a single day ticket?

Sounds like a terrible idea, and made more sense back when Disney charged per ride.

Huh? It existed in the 2010's; I'm pretty sure it existed at least as recent as 2017, though I never used one. I recall reading about them though.
