Does one park in the AM / another in the PM most days work?

Im staying at the Beach club, here is an example of what I'm thinking about:

Day 1: MK 8am - 1:30 / back to resort / Epcot 5:30 - close
Day 2: Epcot 8am - 1:30 / back to resort / Studios 5:30 to close
Day 3 AK 8am - 2:00 / back to resort / MK 5:00 - close
Day 4 Studios 8am - 2:00 / back to resort / Epcot 5:30 - close

This trip would be 10 days in total and include days with just one park, days off, nights at Disney Springs, etc. But most days I'm looking at doing something like above. I like the parks at night, and being able to walk to the world showcase, going to Epcot for dinner / drinks is great. Any thoughts on this? Am I on the right path?

Since you're at Beach Club, this makes a lot of sense, and will be very easy! You'll also be able to avoid the long walk back to the Epcot bus stops just to wait for a bus to come at the end of the night, and probably be in bed instead! :p

Loving your plan style! If I were staying at the Boardwalk resort area, I'd do the same thing. Smart to take advantage of HS and Epcot at night when you can simply walk or take a relatively quick boat ride home. I also like that you're planning some time back at your resort.
Happy planning!

We always get park hoppers and we dont do it every day but on many days we do 2 parks in a day. It gives us the feel like we are doing more on our trip, and we enjoy the variety of 2 parks breaking up the day into two wonderful experiences. We often dine at a different park than the one we visited in the morning. With the heavier competition for ADR's it also gives us more freedom to grab an evening dining spot in a park other than the one we start the day in.

I pretty much do this every single day save for the 1st and last days and usually one day at the halfway point as a recharge day. It was way better when the parks were open much later, but still a much better strategy than trying to stay at a single park the entire day from open to close.

Depending on time of year you are going and crowds, since you are going at park opening (which is the way to go), I would even say try leaving your 1st park of the day by 1 or even Noonish if you can. This also depends on park closing times. Again, if the parks aren't that ceowded when you go then 2p is probably fine.

Looks good. This is what we do for every day of our trips. We try to schedule it so we are at whatever park has the EMH's to make the best use of the early morning and late nights.

Do it all the time too especially when staying at Boardwalk. What are you doing for meals? we usually end a park by having lunch then changing parks or going back to the hotel. Or sometimes we do two parks before the break. Get a breakfast in before a park opening have fast passes lined up catch a ride or two in between then 11:30ish transfer to whatever park we are having lunch (although for the most part I try to get lunch in the park I start in) while seeing if I can get a fast pass over there before taking a couple of hour break. Also we have done club level so that is cool if you are going to have a lot of resort time especially if not on the deluxe dining plan because there is food and drink throughout the day and a club room to stretch out in if space is needed

I agree with the EMH's

If not on the deluxe dining plan or not able to get an 8 or 8:15 reservation in a park restaurant without EMH in the AM starting in a park with EMH does get the most out of your day. However if you are able to get a table then you are in the parks before opening and in place to get on a couple of rides with little or no wait. For example, we had breakfast at 8 at Garden Grill and were done by park opening and walked down stairs and on to Sorin twice with no wait. Tusker House at AK will give good acess to Pandora, Everest, or the Safari. Crystal Palace in MK or the Castle. HS also has one but I did not find its location helpful to getting to rides before everyone else.

The Beach Club is our "home" resort, and this is what we always do -- one park in the morning and a different park or Disney Springs that evening. It's so easy to do, when you're staying in the Epcot area!
