Does FP+ require a smart phone?

I'm watching this video on youtube about FP+
( This one to be exact)
and it mentions all the things it can do with your smart phone. Like remind you of your FP time, when a ride breaks down and assigns you a new time, all of this sounds great except for one thing.
What if you don't OWN a smart phone and have no desire to?

There are kiosks both in the parks and at the resorts. It is also web-based and accessible via any other internet-connected device (i.e. computer/tablet).
