Does EPCOT need a breakfast restaurant?

So, barnum42, I think that you would have to 'Americanize' the menu a bit.
Maybe substitute an English muffin for the black pudding.:)

Jolly good.

I could think of two prime locations for such a place - ODYSSEY CENTER, or where the pizza joint used to be

Didn't the building that was Pasta Piazza and is now becoming a character place used to be a breakfast type restaurant? I think the Sunshine Terrace restaurant that used to be in that space did serve breakfast, but I could be wrong. I just seem to remember always getting food there first thing in the morning when my family went to Epcot in the late 80s and early 90's.

Also, I did my cp at the Fountainview and they do have some good breakfast treats. Toast, bagels, croissants and good coffee.
I'm always awake early enough to eat breakfast before going to the parks, having alot of breakfast options at epcot isn't a high priority I don't think.

I admit that it has been a while since I have visited WDW so maybe things have changed, but I always felt that all the parks needed something for breakfast (besides the character meals). We always ended up eating at the hotel, which is fine, but would have been nice to get up and go to the parks and eat so we dont end up lingering at the hotel for longer than I would like and getting a late start.
