Does Disney pay for school?

Does Disney offer to pay for any college courses for CMS?
I work at Target and they will pay up to 5k per year for someone in Mgt to go to school.My co worker (another mgr) just got 90% of his Degree(BS Human Resources MGT) paid for by Target.

Curious if WDW does the same?

Disney does, but you have to apply for it and your role has to relate in some way to the field in which you're going to school. I'm not sure about the full requirements.
