I just wanted to ask if any one knows what is the name of the speaker who does all the announcements (welcome aboard the walt disney world monorail/transportation system on our way from blablaba...) in DTS buses and monorails?
Thanks.

if I am not mistaken Jack Wagner did them but he passed away in 1995. Since then the job is done by a gentleman by the name of Matt Hanson. I am not sure if there are any others.

didn't thurl ravenscroft also do it for a time (tony the tiger/singing bust in haunted mansion among other things.) ? i'm pretty sure he was replaced a while ago though.

I've never known, but to me the guy on the bus system sounds like an announcer that was on ESPN radio. The voices sound so familiar, but I don't think he does the ESPN news briefs anymore. I always wondered if they were the same.

Maybe I am wrong about this, or maybe this is common knowledge but the guy who used to do TTA sounded a LOT like Don Pardoe who has been the voice of Saturday Night Live since it started in 1975.

The voice of the transportation system also does the announcements at Turning Stone Casino near Syracuse, NY. When I made my first visit there when I was in college, I almost fell down when I heard it. Then I had a very strong desire to leave and go to Epcot.

And before that he was the announcer, not the MC, for Jeopardy.
