It's a pix I took when we were there on the 25th. I'm wondering if it could have been the ride in Mexico? I know I know little or nothing in common between the two but just can't think of anywhere else. I just know it was EPCOT. And I thought for sure WS. Thanks.

I don't mean to be difficult, but if you can't even think about how to post the picture, I'm not sure we can even think about how to help you.

If you read the helpful stuff around about posting pictures, and manage to do it, then I'm sure somebody will be able to help you. But as the batteries have run out in my crystal ball, without a picture, I can't help much. Sorry.

Well that's why I'm describing it. But Thanks anyway.

Yes, I understand that, but I can't actually see where you are describing it. 'Egyptian Figures' is hardly encyclopaedic. And I'm not sure 'I took it on the 25th' gets me much closer either.

I really am not being sarcastic, but you might need to give us a bit more than that to work with. There is no 'Egypt' country in the World Showcase of Epcot, so that is the obvious answer gone.

It really isn't too difficult to post pics. If you read the guidance and post the pic, we will be able to help much more.

I know that this was the Millenium Celebration not the 25th, but could it have been in the Global Village pavilion where the Odyssey was. Heck, it could even be the Egypt land in Busch Gardens. :)

Are there any statues in China? I was just wondering if she might have seen a statue of a Chinese warrior, or something, and mistook it for an Egyptian.

Mmm...guessing games.

May i ask questions to help and see if we can define it a bit more?

-Were the sculptures of people? Or just...egypt-esque structures? Like a pot, or a pillar or something.
-Was it indoors or outdoors?
-What images do you see within the Egyptian sculpture, if any? (Haha, maybe we'll get lucky and find a hidden Mickey)

My guesses with "Egyptian Structures" could only be a couple of places. If it were figures of people, then you were probably right with Mexico. If it were just Egyptian scultpures as in stuff looking as if it came from Egypt...maybe you took a trip into Morocco and didn't notice?

I'm interesting in seeing these egyptian figures......

Maybe you thought you were in Disney World but were actually vacationing at an Egyptian military base?

It'd be one thing if you said "I have a picture of Anubis as a caryatid as part of maybe an entry way or temple door, there's two of them" or even "It's a lotiform or papyriform column in the background" I could be of assstance.

But you're not even differentiating between the monotheistic reign of Akenaten (which artisticly is very important) or the pre and post polytheoist rules.

I snorted my soda when I read this. And I think the sad thing is that, based on other things you've posted, you could actually be serious ;)
