Does anyone ever escape to Epcot.

Yep. I really love the World Showcase in particular.

Yes! I find it very relaxing, even with crowds, to wander around Epcot! All the countries have great places to relax. I love to chill in Morocco - it seems so isolated in the back even if crowded

I agree . WS is my happy place. I don’t park hop, i just pick a day and go.

I always intend to stick with the plan but end up getting burnt out by the crowds and make my escape to Epcot. Sometimes I’ll leave and go there by myself just to get the heck out of the 2 Kingdoms.

Epcot is my favorite.

That's why we usually stay BC/YC... we PLAN on ending the day in Epcot, maybe for dinner, but certainly for drinks and dessert.

Same for us on most nights. (except we stay at BW) I love Epcot at night. Plenty of places to grab a quick bite or a beer, or both. There's something about seeing Spaceship Earth lit up in purple. We can watch the fireworks then make an easy escape out of the International Gateway exit.

Yes, absolutely. Epcot is always our "go to" whenever we don't really have anything else planned. Just walking around, going to the shops in the World Showcase, seeing the sights. We used to go at night just for Iluminations. Even at it's worst, Epcot is always my favorite park.

While my kids overdosed on rides at MK, my wife and I loved having a dinner with just the two of us. We took our time, window-shopped World Showcase, and ended up somewhere for a drink before heading out.
