Does anyone else skip breakfasts entirely?

We usually always do 2 TS breakfasts a trip, and the rest sit down dinners. We like to have at least one sit down meal every day when we go there.

We never do a TS lunch though, I think they eat up too much park time...

One Little Spark...
The reason why breakfast is the most "important" meal of the day is that it programs your body to expect sustenance at that time, therefore keeping you on a natural clock. It should also be your most nutritious meal.

From a daily nutrition standpoint, it's not the "most important meal", but from a productive standpoint, it is.

If you have trouble waking up in the morning, it's not just a function of staying up too late or having a sleep disorder. It's also probably because you also skip breakfast or skimp it (e.g. have a cup of coffee or something).

I love a good breakfast but I also love getting to the parks early so we split it and have a full sit down breakfast 3 mornings, usually Kona Cafe, Grand Floridian Cafe, and either Whispering Canyon or a buffet. The other mornings we grab a coffee and a roll and head out.
