Do you wish for something?

Good Morning!! After reading some of the wonderful threads this morning, I was thinking how much I would really like a microwave in my favorite moderate hotel room or at the least the ability to rent one. Is there anything you wish were in your room that would make your life easier? I know a microwave is wishful thinking so be as creative as you wish!!

A better room design for families of 5 or 6. We just went to Kalahari resort in sandusky oh, and had a suite with a king bed, 2 bathrooms, refrigerator, fireplace, 2 queens, and a sofa. Price $160 for all. Way better than what I have seen from WDW. Why do they not make it more affordable for bigger families? AOA is more than 2 rooms at a mod. Poor set up. Im not sleeping where I eat.

Kinda on your coat tails here but in a differnt direction. I think there should be more king size bed available in the resorts for couples.

One would think they would have larger rooms and accomadate larger families bc they would spend more money. I am sure it forces many families off sight!!

I agree. Most people with 3 or more children can't afford 2 rooms or the suites at AoA so they will either stay offsite or chose a different vacation.

I agree about the king size beds mentioned by @LuLaSue. They seem very difficult to get.

My brother has a family of five and gave up trying to squeeze his growing family into a hotel room. They are now DVC owners. I know this is not an afforadable option for some but, there is plenty of room for all of them.

I can't wait for the days when I am in need of a king size bed again!!!lol I agree with you one hundred percent! It should not be difficult to get a king size. I would think it would not be too difficult to swap out mattresses and bed frames!!
