We plan, plan, plan & there is a method to the madness. We divide our spending money for the number of days we do. I have an envelope decorated for each of us, for each park. I always start with the park I know I spend the least amount of souvenir money in (AK). Any souvenir money we don't spend here, I carry it over to the next day (DHS), and then MK, and then the last day is EPCOT. All the money I didn't spend the previous days have carried over & give me more for Epcot. I always spend more at Epcot. I plan my days for this reason alone. THEN I schedule my dining reservations.
