Wow the more I read this thread the scarier I feel like Big Mickey is really watching us. When I made our ps for our trip this Aug, the Cm commented to me, oh why did you choose the whispering canyon? Mind you that was the only ps she commented to me about. I then proceded to tell her that we had a ps for last aug but my husband fell getting off the bus in a rainstorm, hit his head and we missed it. I didnt call to cancel it because I was really more concerned if DH had a concussion or not. Out of all the ps we had that week it was the only one I missed. Also when we booked the vacation the cm commented to my dh, oh your name just popped right up on my screen and that does not happen very often. Well they sure can see how many times we have stayed there. I feel disney needs some kind of frequent guest reward program. Out of all the times we have been there nothing ever special or magical has ever been done for us nor do I expect it at present. I do believe we get what we pay for and I only expect my garden view room. If they honor our room location request I am pleasantly happy.But if major hotel chains like Hilton, Marriott, Starwood etc. reward their guests for stays and purchasing food etc. then I think Disney should consider this. I think the Disney credit card is a start to a step in the right direction.
