Do they track/rank your PRIORITY Seatings?

Wow the more I read this thread the scarier I feel like Big Mickey is really watching us. When I made our ps for our trip this Aug, the Cm commented to me, oh why did you choose the whispering canyon? Mind you that was the only ps she commented to me about. I then proceded to tell her that we had a ps for last aug but my husband fell getting off the bus in a rainstorm, hit his head and we missed it. I didnt call to cancel it because I was really more concerned if DH had a concussion or not. Out of all the ps we had that week it was the only one I missed. Also when we booked the vacation the cm commented to my dh, oh your name just popped right up on my screen and that does not happen very often. Well they sure can see how many times we have stayed there. I feel disney needs some kind of frequent guest reward program. Out of all the times we have been there nothing ever special or magical has ever been done for us nor do I expect it at present. I do believe we get what we pay for and I only expect my garden view room. If they honor our room location request I am pleasantly happy.But if major hotel chains like Hilton, Marriott, Starwood etc. reward their guests for stays and purchasing food etc. then I think Disney should consider this. I think the Disney credit card is a start to a step in the right direction.

This is not all bad. I was recently advised that when I check in they will print an itinery with all our PS details on it. Nice touch if your not a planning nut .

Perhaps this is because we appear like a rash on the system.:D

I think i remember hearing about this somewhere like a magazine or newspaper. They can track what you do at the resort and even send you coupons and things for your favorite resturants and tell you when you favorite hotels are having discounts. I think its a great idea. It helps them make us happier.

This system must not be too accurate. I have told them four times to change my mailing address and they continue to mail party tickets and hotel confirmations to my old address.

i guess i am a pain in the rear on the system ... i got a personal phone call from some lady and was told to call the manager of the hotel i am staying at next at least 10 days before my visit ... ... hey i had valid issues ... oh and i got complimentary fast pass type things for 3 rides of my choice available at guest services next time i go ... yes *ashamed* i am a REAL pain

I am too! don't get me wrong I dont complain over the simpilest things but lets remember Disney is a very company and these hugh empires tend to forget about the little people (us). So when something upsets me so bad that it actually effects my day or my families vacation you better believe I will write a letter. I did this year as a matter of fact but just to be fair I also wrote a letter about how wonderful my hotel stay @Coronado's springs was. I had ticket problems at the gate that took us about hour an a half to resolve. They gave me those same passes to get on the ride without waiting and that didn;t cut it! We got up early we were told that our passes would be at the gate and we would have no problem and WE DID! I am still waiting for them to call. Disney likes making people happy thats their business! lol! Besides without us to complain they wouldn't know what was wrong and they couldn;t work out the kinks. Also if we complained and they did nothing about it we wouldn;t be so loyal! :lol: :lol:

More likely read as "They're just using it to track trends in order to better plan -- for now." No guarantees on what they will or won't do in the future....
