A few months ago, I stumbled upon this video on X: . It was a "Hall of Presidents" hand- that I initially thought that to be the left hand of 45th president Donald Trump (because the head for him was also on display at another Disney exhibit last year.) and the date 2016.
Because the fingers are tall (Trumps one had small fingers to be identical to the real thing), it's likely from the animatronic that used it was President obama (I think his pre-2017 head is at the Disney Archives, the body was re-used for President Biden- as evidenced by the exact movements in the roll call being identical- with a new head attached) or Abraham Lincoln. I'd have to say that is mr.obama's left hand from the final months of his time at the attraction. (mr.obama's version also had a temporary replacement in 2016 for the floral arrangement with a generic red one instead of mr.obama's purple-white one).
