Do the DCL ships have rudders?

I bet that's a pretty amazing process.

I would guess that the side thrusters on the Disney ships help compensate for this? Or are the side thrusters only useful in very tight quarters where the rudder wouldn't really help anyway? (Obviously, I know less than zero about these mechanical questions, so please forgive me if that was a stupid question.)
Most larger boats have side thrusters for docking...I mean I haven't driven a cruise ship, but I've manned some 60 Ft.+ vessels and only used them to achieve that perfect dock when it's too rough to have a nice killed engine docking...then again I'm sure the dynamics of a cruise ship are different (however, I don't see driving one being as exciting as a little Bayliner in the ocean amount the giant waves which is awesome)...
