Do people really think this??

do you donate leftover product to a homeless shelter?

We actually rarely have any left overs. We bake our pastries to have mostly just for the breakfast time and they usually sell out. We will have some left over cookies but usually not enough to donate. And a lot of times the night crew takes what is left home with them. Teenagers love free baked goods. Like I said, we are pretty small. It is actually kind of hard to donate to local shelters here. They have very strict guidelines on what they will accept and it has to be an amount that is "worth their time" to come and get and on a regular basis. We can't just call and say "come on down tonight because I have 6 muffins left. A smart business does not bake so much that they continually have significant left overs. The goal is to sell out.
