Way back in December of 1997 my family and I were in Orlando for Christmas & New Years. Well because we had booked all our arrangments in mid October there were not that many hotels left to stay at. I suggested the Ramada Suites By Sea World because I had read some good things about, well I was wrong. The hotel is located behind International Drvie which is way past convention center & there is nothing around there at all but one or two Condos & I think a Golf Course. The free continental breakfast was garbage & I mean garbage. The hotel packaged in army style bags, so we couldn't eat there & had breakfast the rest of the time at Denny's. The room was ok not great, but the glasses & dishes in the kitchen were dirty & looked like they had not been cleaned in months. The only good part about staying there is because on our very next trip to Orlando in May of 1998 my family & I stayed at the Contemporary Resort & have stayed there along with the Wilderness Lodge ever since then.

They could have done a complete overhaul, renovated a few times and rebuilt the entire hotel in the interim :fork:
A current review might carry some weight, but I don't see much point in this.

Questioning a critique on a hotel that you visited 8 years ago is fair. What's not fair is seeing if the place has changed since you last visited before you post how awful it is.eagle20 said:
