Do most people end up adding on?

OP here; we did it--added on 100 pts. at AKL. $$ off the points and we picked up 2009 points. I think we paid less per point than when we originally bought. Seemed too good to pass up. Hopefully we can resist temptation again for a few more years.

Add-ons are addictive....but on the bright side we can do full weeks and a cruise every other year....

We just bought in at BLT in August with 160 points. That's good for us now but we will add on after we have kids.

I was just on the Disney Wonder. They had a Members event where they told us 80% of DVC members add on points!

Incidentally...if you have a cruise scheduled AND you are thinking of adding on points: they had AMAZING deals for DVC members on board. In addition they gave us Member hats and were telling the non DVC members who were considering adding points on to talk with us Members and get our info for the DVC member rewards.
