Do I need to bring my phone?

Even with FP+, mobile ordering, and mobile check-in, I still only used my phone occasionally and that was primarily to check wait-times. My iPhone made it the entire day taking pictures and videos without needing to recharge. We have no plans to use Genie+ when we go this summer. I'll probably bring the charging block to recharge my kids phones (but that thing can charge all our phones and then some) just in case we need it. I think those who want to be on their phone do, those who want a break from it take one!

Especially mobile check-in, as it is so nice to just show up and go to a room instead of waiting in the line at check-in. Having a phone is nice to check ride times even if you aren't using Genie+. How much you want to use one is up to the visitor.

It's also nice for keeping an eye on the weather so you know when storms may hit and how long before they pass.
