Do fast passes become unavailable?

I see some people on here already have their passes set up weeks or longer in advance. If I wait until the night before will I still be able to set them up? Or is it a first come, first serve type of deal?

Yep they are available in certain quantities per hour and when they're gone, they're gone.

Usually for everything but Anna and Elsa and SDMT.

Anna and Elsa is a meet and greet. SDMT is Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.

I set mine up at 60 days out. That's not necessary unless you want certain times for certain rides in parks on certain days. I would set up Toy Story Midway Mania and Soarin or Test Track in advance also. The rest are fairly easy to get a day or two in advance. Many are available that day, but may not be at a good time.

I set mine up 60 days out...went back the next day or two and SDMT didn't have any other times available when I went to see if I could switch the time around. And this is for last day Sept/first week of October.
