I was trying to weed through the many posts about DME, but couldn't find any specific info. This is our very first time using DME and at three days out I'm getting nervous. If someone could lay out the process that would be terrific :) We are flying Spirit Airlines which is already in the B terminal so we just take the train and then go down to the 1st floor? Are there signs to direct us where to go? We are staying at PORS, are there different buses for each resort or do they do a loop? Is there anything else I need to know?

OK Well I usually Fly South west and if you ask ANY ONE they will know. There are signs as you get closer I can't remember that many when I got off though, but When you get off the plane as your walking through the hallway there will be a sign as well ( thats how SW is ) The bus System is Easy usually there is a bus for 2/3 different resorts You will see a sign

That will look like this SO its fairly easy to just follow the arrow. When you get on they will drop off at your resort first or last ( depends on the luck) HAVE FUN! Oh and busses are constant you wont have to wait long for one. ( I have never waited more than 15 minutes)

You sound like me. I like a lot of details on what to expect.

What time of day are you flying? Once I get down to the level where DME is, I follow the signs to the end. There is a check-in desk if you have vouchers, but there is also a separate check in stand where you can just tap your magic band and be on your way.

I always get in super early, so there is no line. During the day, there will be different lines to stand in for different hotels. You stand in line and they will load you on buses. The buses are quite large and fit many people. They play a video on the way. I miss the old video, but the new one is adequate.

The bus will make many stops. The order and various stops differs based on who is in line. In my experience, they stop at a value resort, a moderate resort and then one or two deluxes. Hopefully you are stop #2!

Well now I feel a little silly. I am going through our Disney booklet and there is a map of the airport and directions on where to go. Oops!

Just make sure you head to the B side *before* going downstairs. You can only cross from A to B on the 3rd level (the level that the shuttle from the gates drops you off).
