DME and Southwest

I thought I read somewhere that Disney's Magical Express doesn't work with southwest???? Is this true??? If this is true, on the website when I went to give them my flight information... you could select Southwest as your airline... does anyone know this???

You can use ME with southwest you just can't use the airline check in at the hotel when you leave.

I'm pretty sure anyway

that makes perfect sense because I also read that...

that must be what someone meant by southwest not being one of disney's.... i cant think of the word... but yeah, that makes perfect sense!
