lol I googled "cheese cookie recipe" right before I posted the picture, and there are actually some such things as "cheese cookies". I did not find a recipe exactly like this, though. I may be crazy enough to try this some day.

Yeah, now that my trip is scary close (almost a month!), I figured I had better clear out some inventory of pictures from last trip! Sydney is going to be tall enough to ride Matterhorn, btw!

The recipe I looked at seemed more savory and this seems like a sweet cookie recipe with cheese thrown in, but sweet and savory can work together... sometimes. There is that whole "cheddar cheese with apple pie" thing, so who knows?
