Well if i striked out on all 3 chances to get Harry Potter I would be a little whiny and passive agressive like Disney too. They failed to get the book, movie, and theme park rights when they had a chance to get all 3 at different times. and each time failed.

Yes. This was in 1991. Toon Town opened in 1993. They had the area cleared for that temporary tent building. After that summer they started construction for Toon Town.
