Great question. I would like to know too. It sort of looks like Ursula’s cave. I’ve never been on Mermaid at DCA but is it possible this is part of a themed cue? If not my guess that this is something from Tokyo DisneySea.

That is Ursula's grotto in the Animation building. That is where you could lend your voice to a Disney character. They have you read your lines and then play back your soundtrack over a Disney scene. It's been closed since the Anna and Elsa meet & greet. They use it as a dressing/break room for them. It's right after the Beast's library.
That's the Tomorrowland I remember and love. I forgot how great the colors on the People Mover were.

the only good holiday overlay in the whole park that actually adds to the original attraction and fits in perfectly.
