I think that’s actually Cascade Peak. Look a the Golden Horseshoe

I don't think so. It's pretty clearly a pile of dirt, not a fake concrete mountain, and the angle of view towards the Golden Horseshoe matches a viewpoint from Holiday Hill. The view of the Golden Horseshoe from Cascade Peak would be much more frontal.

Yes, its in the Disney Archives (or at least it was), the first ticket sold in 1955 it was purchased by Roy Disney (Walt's brother).
