I really like what they're doing here.. looks good so far. still, nobody seems to know what it is :lol:

These lights are huge - as tall as the Imagineers working in the Bay.

those things are big! The pictures throw off the scale and make everything look smaller.. in person, the lagoon and the size of the construction area is massive

I just noticed that this week myself! How clever is Disneyland that they dressed up Tilly for the four weeks of HalloweenTime? And if you look at her Disneyland nametag, she's "Tilly" from "Marceline, MO"! How awesome is that!?!

It's those little details that make Disneyland so gosh darned cool! :sohappy:

MiceChat's Dateline Disneyland update (11/2):

Some highlights from the update:

New snow decorations on the castle. Ok, so maybe DL's castle isn't as big as all the others.. but you can't beat the snowcapped Matterhorn looming in the background. I think it complements the castle beautifully.

NOS decorations look great.

and of course, Flik has decorated as well

Work continues on the Silly Symphony Swings re-theme. Really excited about this.. Even though it's just a swing ride, I'm excited about the new lighting and sound effects that will certainly add to the experience.

Haunted Mansion Holiday spoons at French Market...so cool. Name me one Disney counter service restaraunt that gives collectible promotions for a seasonal attraction...So good. The patches were the best.

looks like the concrete has been poured for 2nd tier of the viewing area it's great to finally see progress there. I just wish they could hurry up with the giant pillar/fountain - it's looked the same (w/ different colors) for the past few weeks.

Im glad theres more progress for a while it seemed to move so slowly nice it see it moving a little faster. That pillar thing seems to have everyone interested in it :ROFLOL:
