Well I don't know why he didn't make the Long Lost Friends list, but Roger Rabbit (and Disneyland rarity Brer Rabbit as well) are out teaching guests the Bunny Hop on Main Street 30 minutes prior to performances of Soundsational.

Over at DCA, rare character Carl Frederickson is helping guests on an Easter Egg hunt at the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail. Both the Bunny Hop and egg hunt are only through March 31 for Limited Time Magic.

I would have definitely voted for Roger Rabbit, were he on that list. I'm still amazed they chose characters who roam the parks every single day. Ridiculous.

I agree that it would've been nice if Roger Rabbit had been included in the Long Lost Friends poll.

Anyhow, to inject a bit of logic and reason into this conversation (or playing devil's advocate), I think that the reason why certain "regular/common" characters were included in the poll is because they wanted the "long lost" characters of certain units to appear with their co-stars (ie: the other Pinocchio characters appearing with Jiminy Cricket instead of listing Jiminy by himself, Chip & Dale accompanying Clarice instead of listing Clarice by herself, etc.).

Think about it. For instance: Even though Chip & Dale appear every day, Clarice only shows up on special occassions; Pinocchio, Geppetto and to an extent Foulfellow and Gideon are semi-regulars, but Jiminy Cricket is quite elusive outside the parades; Brer Fox and Brer Bear are semi-regulars, but Brer Rabbit is hard to find; Peter Pan and Captain Hook are easy to find, but not Wendy and Smee; Princess Atta does not make appearances with Flik anymore; etc.

There's no problem with meeting Jiminy by himself. Clarice has been seen meeting by herself before, by the way.

Pinocchio and Geppetto are not semi-regulars, they're regulars. They're on Main Street at least five days a week. Do you frequent Disneyland?

Rodger Rabbit also made appearances last year at the Fantasmic! 20th Anniversary shows for APers. You can see him at 26:38 on the 3rd deck of the Mark Twain.

Can't post the link from my phone but Disney Parks Blog has the list of winning Long Lost Friends. Hunchback characters, Pocahontas characters, Scrooge and Ludwig and Robin Hood characters.

Well I was wrong about Jane. Today's character lineup includes the announced Scrooge/Ludwig combo, Pocahontas unit, Hunchback (sans Quasi - lame) unit and Robin Hood unit. In addition, Ping/Mushu, the three good fairies from Sleeping Beauty and three pigs/wolf are all out. Lines are INSANE.

Not as INSANE as they'd be for Oswald. I'm sorry... still bitter. I'll stop eventually.

And I WASN'T wrong about Long Lost Friends - Jane and Terk were there! As well as Lilo & Stitch (not very lost if you ask me) and Peter Pan, Wendy, Smee and Hook (only Wendy and Smee doesn't appear for greets on a regular basis, but are in parades and event parties consistently).

Jane and Terk?! I voted for them! If only Tarzan were there, too.

I see Peter Pan and Hook all the dang time. I've seen Wendy and Smee as well. -___- I've only seen Lilo and Stitch at the Paradise Pier Hotel.

It's unlikely that we'll see Tarzan again at DLR anytime soon - he was a little TOO popular with the ladies and their wandering hands.

Lilo was out daily at Dancin' with Disney and Stitch is in DCA daily for the VISA greet and then Hollywoodland, plus the PCH breakfast. I love me some Lilo & Stitch, but long lost they ain't! ;)

10 days till our 1st Disneyland vacation ! Any one have ideas or clues as to what will be the Limited Time Magic for the week of April 29 thru May 4?
