sometimes I get my parks a bit mixed up when it comes to how they run the christmas stuff and whatnot, so just to clarify--

unlike WDW (MK specifically), there is no crossover period where they will be running both PoD and ACF at the same time, is there? So PoD finishes one day, and then it's straight ACF until Christmas, right?

I think HISTA is just a rumor right now that seemed to pick up some speed on many boards. I dont see why it would close without a replacement. Plus its not like TL needs more empty attraction buildings again.

Pretty much. If I remember usually DL goes with out a parade for a week. During that week the Christmas decorations go up as well as the garland across Main Street since POD can't fit under the garland. Christmas 05 was neat though POD and ACF both played so that ment no garland

Let's hope they close both HISTAs! It's by far the most outdated attraction in both Epcot and DL.

Also Pirates is no longer on the list! But NOS Railroad Station is now on there I can only assume its for the removale of the ugly slurry pavement for the new themed cement pavement that DL has been getting the past 5 years which looks a whole lot better.

Thanks for the confirmation- I was thinking that the garland created a problem for PoD.... I told my lil sis I'd take her to see PoD one last time before it went, but then we decided we wanted to go when x-mas stuff was up. I think with the way things are looking, PoD's got another year though, so guess we'll just have to take a second trip for PoD next summer... dang

What is Big Thunder Ranch? Is that a restaurant?

It was years ago then it closed and the BBQ was moved to the new Rancho Del Zocalo restaurant and was mexican and BBQ and is now just mexican. Im not sure where the BBQ menu went though. Since it went to Riverbelle and then Riverbelle got a new menu.

Anyways today its now a petting zoo, with goats, sheep, cow, donkey and arts and crafts.

It gets the Halloween and Christmas layovers that open up the other half of the area that has a stage and more crafts and cookie decorating.
Halloween has Woody and gang out for a meet and greet as well as the little stage show. Also so very cool pumpkin carvings that are very impressive.

Christmas theres a very cool little magic show at and live raindeer at. As well as the only place in DL to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus, since the old Town Square spot was to small so in a way its a little "santa land" in a way.

Vineyard room is now closing well at least the DCA Preview Center can make up for a closed spot in DCA. Although I'v heard that it will reopen and Wine Country Trattoria will have moved in. So Wine Country Trattoria may have the whole building?

Edit- Im also hearing that today is the first day of the revamp to the Grand Marshal Pre-Parade meaning no more banner carriers (2), dancers (6) and characters (6ish?) so thats about 14 preformers cut. So just the winners of the Dream Suite and the really cool car with mayor.

Today is said to be the last day to meet Ariel in her mermaid form as her meet and greet is made into Pixie Hollow. Ariel will be at Princess Fantasy Faire in human form till her new attraction opens at DCA. Can anyone confirm about the final day today?

Oh if anyone has any corrections or info to add, to anything in the OP let me know
