Main Street USA will be transformed into an exciting red carpet arrival for the most anticipated premiere of the summer. Many Hollywood celebrities, as well as the film’s stars*, will attend. The event will be covered by media from around the world.
The goal is to raise $3 million on behalf of the Make-A-Wish Foundation in celebration of Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End. The mission of Make-A-Wish is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy.
Tickets are $1,500**. The Walt Disney Company is subsidizing the entire cost of the event, so all of the income from the ticket sales will go directly to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America and Make-A-Wish International.
