Which Washington are talking about? Washington state or D.C? And also, what's the Grand Katherine Resort based on? A person or a city?

Washington State. The Grand Katherine is based off the Grand Floridian. I was deciding over the Grand Victorian or Grand Katherine. There's no reason really why the name is Kathrine. Hope this helps!

Please ignore Prince's Carousel being number 30.

Disneyland Park is going to have 23 rides, 12 shops, and 7 restaurants. The park is going to be slightly larger than the Magic Kingdom.

The park is accessible via tram, bus, monorail, or walking. One monorail station will be located in front of the park and will from there to DisneySea and vice versa.

6632402.jpg

If you look at the entrance face down, to the left will be the monorail station and to the right will be the tram station and behind that is the buses station which will take guests to all other locations.

There will be 12 parking lots, which will be in one group, unlike Disney World. The characters are Chip & Dale (CMs), Pluto (CMs), Daisy, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Sleepy, Happy, Dopey, Grumpy, Sneezy, and Bashful. There will be 12,156 parking spaces, the same as Magic Kingdom.

Main Street USA will be different than any other Main Street. Its shape is a diamond, and the bottom lines on the map are where the shops are. In the middle will be the Mickey and Friends statue, perched on top of a pedestal. In front of the castle is Cheshire Stage, where the Let the Memories Begin opening ceremony, Disney Performs, Friends Forever, and Night Lights will be performed. Night Lights will have a firework show to go with it with the same name.

Inside Snow White's Castle is Snow White's Royal Table where the Dwarfs will come out periodically and have breakfast, lunch, or dinner with you. Mondays and Fridays will be breakfast. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays will be lunch. Dinner will be on Saturday and Sunday. The castle will also hold a secret area that only VIP Tours will be able to enter called Wishing Well Center.

Fantasyland can be entered Main Street USA, Pirate Cove, and Adventureland. There is no New Fantasyland with Storybook Circus. The train station here is next to it's a small world. The biggest ride is it's a small world, with Alice in Wonderland second. The style is going to be like Mr. Toad's Wild Ride in Disneyland with the brick and all.

Tomorrowland is going to have a white, glossy style look. Instead of Astro Orbiter being the main attraction, Innoventions is going to take its place with Progress House, Mission: Mars, and Color House. The Lunching Pad's exterior is going to be a rocket ship with fake windows while the interior will have views of space. The whole land will feel like you are immersed in a different world like Pandora.

Adventureland is going to be relatively large for what it offers. There's the Enchanted Birds, Flying Carpets, and Tarzan's Treehouse. The theme of this land will be jungle with Tarzan's Treehouse fitting right in. The Birds are going to be in a jungle temple and the Carpets are going to be sort of... out there not totally fitting in with the land but Disney will of course make it work.

Pirate Cove is going to be like the Pirates of the Caribbean land in Shanghai. There is going to be only one ride, PotC and one restaurant. It is also going to be one of the most detailed lands in the park. It will be like an island.

Liberty Square is going to be the smallest land in the park and will feature Haunted Mansion and Hall of Presidents. The Hall of Presidents will be showcased in the Grand Liberty Hall which also houses a president exhibit. This land will be themed to a colonial town and will also have the George Washington Reenactment.

Frontierland is going to be the hottest of the lands. With Big Thunder Mountain and Splash Mountain as the stars, this land is expected to be popular. There will also be the Country Bear Jamboree Show for the little ones. It's quite a small land but it does have a Shotting Gallery like MK does.

With the Disneyland Park tour wrapping up, it's time to talk about prices. Entrance to the parks will be as followed:

1-Day 1-Park Tickets:
Adult: $101.32
Child (3-9): $94.38

1-Day SouthCOT, Hollywoodland:
Adult: $99.50
Child (3-9): $92.50

1-Day DisneySea, Disney Broadway:
Adult: $110.67
Child (3-9): $102.28

2+-Days Any Park:
Adult: $213.29
Child (3-9): $199.67

Any reason for why Space Mountain is so small?

SouthCOT
SOUTHCOT.png

SouthCOT is to the south of Disneyland Park. Opening day will have 8 attractions, 3 shops, and 7 restaurants.

South America is really more of a walking trail and scenery land, rather than a land with rides.

The Crosslands is the main point of SouthCOT. The style is suburban, with the north facade of Spaceship Earth being a city in the background. In between number 18 and 17 is a viewing garden for Suburbination!, a firework spectacular.

Future World's Spaceship Earth facade is the same as Epcot. The Test Track building is not round, and this version is all indoors, rather than an outdoor rush. Mission: Space is the oddest of the buildings. It's pointy edges make for a wonderful view, and the top point is also used as shade.

The Land is outdoors with umbrellas covering the path. Living Through the Land is not all outside, as it has the same start as Living With the Land. Garden Grille is an outdoor restaurant, serving fresh food from SouthCOT's own garden.

Imagi-Building is a crystal-colored building, also acting as a separate entrance for The Art Palette Resort. Imagination! With Figment is a carbon copy from Epcot and Color Cafe is a one of a kind, color-changing restaurant. By that, I mean that every table and wall changes colors every 10 minutes.

Moving along to Africa, guests will notice the scenery quickly change. The Lion King Cafe is a quick-service restaurant where guests can dine with their favorite characters from the Lion King. The Ride of the Lion King houses the Lion King movie in a nutshell.

Europe's scenery is a Parisian street with Europe Taste's as the main star. It's glimmering sign attracts guests from other lands. Some might even see Reme from Ratatouille.

Asia is home to two fun rides. Dragon Dodge is a calm, family-friendly roller coaster, and Spirit of Asia: The Ride is a 3-D show. This rest of the area is where shows such as Tokyo Drums and Dance Away Parade play.

I've included the parking lot because that is also where expansion pads are.

SouthCOT is where we end Part 1 of the parks, and now we'll dive into 2 hotels. Come along!
