Yep, the MPAA (or MPA, whatever they're called now), allows for one F-bomb in a non-sexual manner to maintain a PG-13. I knew 2 would be met with some sort of censor. One uncensored one. The ratings board is very strict with that.
Two others were drowned out by other noises (or weren't completed).
Yeah, it's a dumb rule. The South Park movie was right on the money.Still falls under being "PG", although it is a rather silly and arbitrary rule on how they assess that.

Disney Rolls Back Plans to Release 4K Version of ‘The Empire Strikes Back’
The Mouse House has scrapped plans for a 4K cinema release of the 1980 film after talks with exhibitors broke down.variety.com
Anyone else feel like they did this so they can keep the 4k version exclusive to Disney+?
Do the right thing, Disney.
Give us The Book of Mormon.
Does it mean no worries for the rest of your days? You're not going to get Hasa Diga Ebowai on DisneyPlus.

I think there’s a large market for pre-recorded performances of shows. I would argue that they doubly serve as advertising for the live stage shows. I really, really want to see a live production of Reefer Madness.Kind of!
But not nearly enough for Disney's comfort.
That said, surely they have filmed versions of their own stage musicals sitting in the vault somewhere? Especially if the show's closed already, why not release those, even if not all of them are exactly high watermarks?
Jokes aside, this is the exact scenario for which Hulu exists in the Disney catalog.FTFY
