I think his show in particular was really expensive to make. Need to review again.

The ed Sullivan theatre is prime real estate and I believe it’s only used for that show. That’s likely a major part of the cost.

Would it a terrible world if there wasn't late night talk shows and Saturday Night Live? Does anyone really watch this stuff anymore?

Despite what some claim…. Politics has always been apart of Late Night talk show monologues since the days of Johnny Carson…. Probably before that…. But that was before my lifetime

Same with SNL… I remember Dana Carvey’s “Not Gonna Do It” Bush and even recall Regan skits in the 80’s …. Even Chevy Chase did a a bumbling impersonation of president Ford in the 70”s

I don’t agree with most things FOX news discusses… in fact l find most of it outrageous and horrendous…, But the first amendment gives the channel the right to say it

People heads would have exploded if All in the Family was released in 2025
