I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have any information about Disney's legal department? Are there offices in Orlando? Any good info about the best way to get a resume in?

Thanks.

wow... you got me beat on this one. I would suggest contacting the Walt Disney Company (corporate) in Burbank, CA, and ask to be connected to professional recruiting. That's probably be your best bet

WDW has a small legal department in Orlando; I think in the Downtown Disney area.

Thanks, guys. The legal market is tight right now, I know. I'm not sure I want to move (and take another bar exam) anyway. However, I thought I'd start doing some digging to determine if my "dream" job is even a possibility.

I appreciate the info.

All the departments of compliance are in the Suntrust building. And the union offices as well. I am guessing some of the legal is also in Team Disney.

Legal

There's a satellite location at Team Disney with the main department being in Burbank.

Most of the infrastructure of the Walt Disney Company is still in Burbank.

Team Disney is primarily just an operations/planning center for WDW.

Well here is the web site on Professional and Administrative casting for the Walt DIsney World resort (click on the approate job area link)(this site also has info on other casting for the Walt DIsney resort).

http://disney.go.com/disneycareers/wdwcareers/index.html

If you go here you can see current job postings from Walt Disney corp. offices (through the Job Search).

http://disney.go.com/DisneyCareers/

Now mind you, you might have to start as an hourly and then work your way into a pro position. If you apply for a specific area and they arnt hiring you might have to wait 6 months to apply again. So keep that in mind.

Side note: I was told by a cast member friend that disney is currentaly hireing Stage Techs and lighting techs. at WDW. It is perfered if you are a member of IATSE and have a lot of experence in Live Theater and technical theater.

Thanks Blizz. The job search is perfect. Exactly what I was looking for.

One position sounds perfect. Alas, it is in California. I will keep looking (and maybe consider a move at some point.)

No problamo! Just PM me if you need another site, i have hundreds of sites on all things disney!

Also, the job search only returns mostly corp. disney jobs in Glendale and Burbank. TO find WDW jobs its easier to call the job line.
