In a nutshell there was a huge amount of R&D spent on it which Disney was keen to see used across all of the properties worldwide... then lots of issues between Disney and the ride system vendor, then a lot of issues with guest comfort, followed by lower than expected overall guest satisfaction with the attraction.

MS never has a line with more than a 30 minute wait, even when the park is crowded in the summer.

Consistently, maybe or maybe not. But yesterday the line was 55 minutes and held steady from 5-7 in the evening.

Mmm I’m down here often and the line does go over what you are saying. It doesn’t pull major lines like the other attractions but it easily goes over 30.
