I don't know where to put this since it's not necessarily a ride or atttraction but rather a new movie that i made up for WDFA although it could be a cute presentation at the Studios every night.
the story is called Fairy Tale and it is loosely based on Wishes, Believe and Fantasmic! combined to make a feature lenght animated movie. It is also somewhat inspired by The Wizard of Oz and The Cat Returns. Here is a short act by act synopsis of the story, Given time, I might come up with some story sketches and character designs that I would post in this thread as well as story changes. Suugestions and comments are very much welcome (if not desired

~*Fairy Tale*~
act one = The Real World
Colleen is a young girl on the verge of becoming a teenager. Like all girls, Colleen yearns to be accepted by her peers and to become "popular". This drive to be more "mature" has caused her to be alienated from her younger siblings. One day, while rummaging through her grandmothers attic, she finds an old book of fairy tales from when she was young. Her siblings are overjoyed by her discovery and read it every night. Feeling a bit jealous and selfish, Colleen soon finds herself wishing upon a star that she be young again and appreciate things the way her siblings do.
Then one windy night, something amazing happened. Colleen woke up and the world feels as if it has come to a halt when suddenly out of the midnight blue sky, comes a cricket falling with a small umbrella. it is Jimini Cricket. and he has come to take Colleen to a world of make-believe from within the book.
act two = The Enchanted Forest
With the blink of an eye, Colleen finds herself falling from the sky and screaming and yelling she ends up breaking her fall with the help of an old Wizard named Merlin and his house-mate the Fairy Godmother who claim that they've been waiting for her and that Merlin was supposed to go with her.
Together Colleen, Jimini, and Merlin travel through the enchanted Forest to get to Fantasyland where they might find a copy of the great book that put her there. Here they encounter Robin Hood and his merry...animals. Out of respect, Robin joins the three in their quest for the great book.
act three = The Legend of the Beast
After an encounter with an old beggar woman who sells Roses at a ridiculously superstition provincial town, Colleen finds herself separated from her friends and at the mercy of a Beast who takes her hostage in a cave. After a little bonding, The Beast decides to help Colleen look for her friends in hopes that the great book also has a way to change him back into a human.
act four = Shan Yu's Army
Having heard of the mysterious girl of another time, The evil generalShan yu has ordered the capture of Merlin, Jimini and Robin in hopes of capturing the girl as well.
Hearing of her friends' fate, Colleen along with the Beast, go to their rescue and find themselves battling the great hun army.
Before they could escape, The five come face to face with the true leader of all evil, Maleficent who expresses her desire to capture and kill Colleen for her pure heart.
act five = Mermaid Lagoon
With the Huns sealing off all borders, Merlin decides to take the group on a voyage across the great sea. However, his plan backfires when an attack from Pirates led by Captain Hook sinks the ship and captures its crew. Colleen and the captain, who escaped the siege is then rescued by a beautiful little mermaid named Ariel. They then go to the Pirate's hideout and set their friends free.
The group is joined by the ship's former captain, Amelia who joins them out of gratitude after learning of their plight and that the next port has been taken over by huns.
act six = The Little Cottage in the Woods
Having found themselves lost in the forest again, Colleen, Jimini, Merlin, Robin, Beast and Amelia take refuge in a little cottage which just happens to be pretty filthy. Theya re led here by a Meerkat and Warthog named Timon and Pumbaa whoa re looking for anew home for themselves. They then meet Seven dwarfs who point them in the direction of fantasyland.
act seven = Cinderellabration
Upon their arrival to Fantasyland, the 5 of them find out that the Kingdom of dreams and magic has been expecting them and that they are just in time for the coronation of their newest princess, Cinderella.
They then take part in a lavish celebration where prince and princesses from far away lands are invited for the grand coronation.
act eight = Castle Under Siege.
The celebration is cut short when Maleficent and Shan Yu crashes the party and Maleficent turns everyone into stone.
As it turns out, the vault to the book, was opened for the benefit of Colleen. Maleficent took this opportunity to get the book for her own evil ways.
With the last drop of magic in his breathe, Merlin sends Colleen away to safety...or so he thought.
act nine = "Listen With your Heart"
Colleen wakes up in the Forest with Timon and Pumbaa saying that it would be better for her if she just stayed there and remained hidden. Fearing for her life, Colleen decides to do just that.
But one night, a strage voice calls Colleen and leads her into a grove where an ancient tree comes to life. It is Grandmother Willow who tells her to lsiten to her heart and draw the courage she needs to find her way home.
Collen is given magic boots that will stick to anything. a hat that will keep Maleficent's powers at bay, and a bag of marbles for each of her friends. She is also given a potion she could use to turn her friends back from being statues.
act ten = Good v.s. Evil
Colleen, along with Timon, Pumbaa and the Seven Dwarfs, race to the dark castle to rescue their friends and retrieve the book.
As it turns out the bag of marbles were weapons designed for each of Colleen's friends, a bow and arrow for Robin, a rapier for Amelia, a new magical staff for Merlin and brute strength for the Beast. They battle it out with the Hun army.
Colleen must make her way to the top of tower to get to the book. unfortunately, the tower is surrounded by a giant maze full of booby traps and Hun guards.
After a bit of hilarity, The gang finds their way to the bottom of the tower. But all is not over yet when Maleficent wakes up to realize what happened, she turns herself into a dragon.
Merlin retaliates by turning himself into a dragon as well.
They are then intercepted by General Shan Yu and Captain Hook who are then fought by Amelia and Robin Hood.
Only Colleen, Jimini and the Beast are left climbing the tower.
The battle rages on until Maleficent defeats Merlin in the dragon duel.
Falling weak in Colleen's arms Merlin tells Colleen that she must get to the exit (a portal created by the book as long as it is opened) so that she makes it home. the Beast, then confronts the now human Maleficent and throws Colleen higher up into the tower to safely make her way to the exit. with these acts of bravery and kindness, the Beast transforms into a Prince (who we see later on defeats the dragon Maleficent)
Colleen finds her way tot he exit only to find out that she is now falling again from the sky.....you can guess what happened next
