Disney's Barber Shop Expectations

So I want to book an appointment for my sister and myself but I'm not really too sure how it all works.
First off do they just trim your hair and give it some color? By the looks of the pics I found that seems to be the case but would they do that with dark red hair?
I just rather not waste money if all they do is a tiny trim and that's it :/

Considering the Disney website makes no mention of hair color as an option, I would expect it's just a cut, especially for the price ($19 would be ridiculously cheap if the service included any kind of color):

The only color is Pixie dust that they can put in your hair.

There is no hair color outside of 'fun' hair coloring for kids and pixie dust. It is extremely small, only 3 chairs, and it really is only a barbershop, not a full service salon. It's a cute place to go though!

Ah so fun colours for kids! I was sure I wasn't going crazy. I wonder if they would do it for a teen though. My sis does love a little colour in her hair so maybe even if you can't I'm sure she'll like it either way
