The economics of California are such that building a new parks resort in a place like Texas probably makes comparable sense to building a third gate in Anaheim.

And building a third US parks resort is not all that sensible.

Disney can’t even manage two parks properly, and DCA is a thematic mess. I do not believe there is a 3rd park coming to Anaheim. If they announced they were turning the stadium into luxury Mickey-themed condos for the wealthy, now *that* wouldn’t surprise me at all.

There will be no third park in Anaheim, and there will be no new park in Florida. Not even a resort containing a park in the US.

It is an disaster to operate in Shanghai. Hong Kong is still struggling. France property is just hanging on. They don’t have the knowledge or the capability to even try hard.

Kinda blows your mind to think about just how much space is taken up for us to park our thousands of cars which could be shrunk down considerably if American cities had adequate public transportation systems and we didn't force every individual to rely on having their own car that takes up space and causes more emissions.

Nope, the California dream is over in the Los Angeles metropolitan area and the masses of people killed it.

If they did build a third park, it probably wouldn't really have an overarching theme. It would be something so nebulous and abstract that basically anything could be put inside.

Yeah, I don't really get the fascination with it.

It's weird, I love most baseball movies I watch. But I find the actual sport itself boring as poop.

It could it be a decent parking lot alternative as well? This way they could use the current parking lots and decks for something else.

Or they just use the underused bus/train terminal across the freeway and add a People Mover tram connecting it to Disneyland.
