Chargers are a good idea, but I wonder what type/level they will be, and how they will be managed.

Places like this almost need a valet-type service, where cars are swapped in and out in an efficient way.

If you watch the freshbaked updates, lots of flagging and spray paint outside the “berm” of DCA where Coco should be going. Only a matter of time.

8 levels? That is larger than M&F and Pixar Pals, which are both 6 levels. And M&F is also only 1.6M sqft, this would be double the size. So this is getting more than 10K spaces that M&F has, which is more than the 6k spaces talked about earlier this year for this structure. I wonder if they are going up to the rumored ~17K spaces from the original phase 1/2 project back in 2016 (phase 1 like ~7k and phase 2 like ~9-10k).

This also means they 100% plan on using all of that available area, from the existing Pumbaa surface lot to the Manchester CM lot, all of it will be used.

TSL is only ~5k spaces, and Pumbaa surface lot was only like 1.3k spaces. So the 6-7k originally discussed was already going to cover that.

So they are building out for that as well as future growth.

If its incorporated into the structure itself, that'll be just the first level. M&F doesn't use the first level for much if any parking either.
