Disneyland Virginia (New Expansion)

Ok guys I know I said I was done but I'm getting in the mood again to make another park. I killed Disney Civilizations, I just wasn't feeling the mood for that park, I felt I already have one history park why do i need another. So now I am making an Entertainment park themed on Movies, Music, Television, Broadway, etc. It's gonna be BIG. Prepare for it in the future, I am planning it right now. One ride I already know I am planning is a Kingdom Hearts themed ride . Guys I'm glad to be back on the Imagineering boards. See ya

As I see you have a Kingdom Hearts ride, and if your avatar is any clue, you like Zelda. Why not have a section for Video Games or Interactive Entertainment? I've had an idea for a while now, for a Buzz Lightyear SRS-like ride, that has an internet and computer game component to it. You know, like you play the game at home, and choose a username/password, and then when you go on the ride, you have rankings, separated by state, age, AP or not, etc. That could deffinetley be interesting.

Would you also consider putting in a literature section? I'd like to see rides based off of the written word. You could do a lot with that. Imagine a dark ride designed by Tom Clancy or Stephen King. It doesn't have to be anything huge, but a smaller, mini-land, ala Liberty Square, would work nicley for that.

nice ideas, Yes I was gonna put in a video game section I just forgot to write that down. I like the idea about the literature section. i can make some great rides off of some books. And I really like your interactive buzz light year idea. Thanks for the ideas I will keep them in mind.

The Video game section will only be Nintendo owned games( Mario Bros, Donkey Kong, Metroid, Zelda, Pokemon, etc) Squaresoft games( Final Fantasy Series, and Kingdom Hearts)

Try to cary over a few rides from existing parks to add some spice. Also, add a Giga-Coaster to the park in the video game section.

The Sections of the park will be

Animation Courtyard- Rides, Shows, Resturaunts based on well known Disney Animated films.

Movie Backlot- Shows, Rides, Behind the Scene Looks on Live Action Disney Films. (this includes Touchstone, Diminsion, and Miramax)

Nintendo/Squaresoft Blvd.- Rides, Shows, Returaunts based on famous Nintendo and Squaresoft games. (Kingdom Hearts E- Ticket )

Music Square- Rides, and Attractions, and Behind the Scene Looks on the Music Industry

Broadway- A whole section deticated to brodway including live preformances of The Lion King, Aida, and Beauty and the Beast

O.K guys those are the sections I hope you like them I will have all of the Rides and attractions sometime this week. I hope you like it. With this park I really want people to discover the world of entertainment, fun, and most importantly Imagination!!!!!!!! If you have any suggestions or comments please post.

What rides would be there? Also, is this a Disney Studios? Ninntendo games are going to be obsolete soon thanks to Playstation Twos, X-Boxes, and Game Cubes. I don't like the idea of an entire section just devoted to music. I could be part of the tour thing.

Hey buddy not trying to yell at you but Nintendo will always be here, and why would Gamecube make Nintendo obsolete Nintendo makes Gamecube. If it wasn't for Nintendo gaming would not be like it is now. Oh ya 100 Acre Woods is going to have a kiddy coaster like Barnstormer, assorted kiddy rides, A giant tree house to play in, and character meet and greet. And the Music section is gonna rock litterally lol. It will have Rock'n Rollercoaster, a behind the scenes look on music, a sound studio where you can make your own music, and a Concert Area for music stars to throw concerts. Yes this sort of a Disney Studios but is my own version and it will be a lot better.

about the pooh area, what does that hafta do with Hollywood and making movies? Will you have a Great movie ride? If so, historymystery suggested one time, a Wizard of Oz play area. When I meant obsloete for Nintendo, I meant the Nintendo 64. The characters Mario, Luigi, Kirby, etc. are not in ascochiate with Disney or moviemaking in any way. I never said this park was about Hollywood and making movies, and the pooh area has to do with books. The whole area is going to be like a story like inside the Pooh ride in WDW. Disney does not have to own Nintendo they can pay Nintendo to put there products in there park, also I like your idea on the shop. I said this park is going to be different and a lot different than Disney Studios but it will be simular in ways. There will be sections of entertainment like Animated Movies, Live Action Movies, Video Games, Music, Broadway, and Books. I will try to have a list of rides and attractions tonight or tommorow. Here are my rides and attractions

Animation Courtyard
1. Aladin's Magic Carpit Ride- A 4D simulator adventure with Aladin and Co.

2. Pride Rock Express- an EMV ride touring Simba's savanah, Pride Rock, Elevent Graveyard, etc.

3. Under the Sea!- a crazy underwater adventure with the Little Mermaid characters. (New Sumberine Technology) have more on it later.

4. Vine Surfing with Tarzan- A dark ride where you do vine surfing with Tarzan

5. Behind the Scenes look on Disney animation

6. Villian Cafe- A cafe with the Disney Villians

7. The Hero Store- A store where you can buy items based on all of the Disney Hero's.

8. Character Meet and Greet- an area where kids get to see there favorite animated characters.

Movie Backlot
1. Armegeddon behind the Scenes- Clone of the Paris one

2. Backlot Tour- a tour of movie making, behind the scenes look on upcoming movies, Catastrophie Canyon, famous movie props.

3. Great Movie Ride- A hole NEW version

4. Mel's Diner- A classic 50's diner

5. The Movie Store- Famous movie merchandise.

Nintendo/Square Blvd.
1. Kingdom Hearts "The Ride"- An EMV ride based on the Kingdom Hearts game

2. Luigi's Mansion- A ride where you have to suck up ghost's with your vacum( Like Buzz Lightyear) You basically shoot the ghosts, I will have more on this later.

3.Bowser vs. Mario- A deuling coaster

4. Zelda "Gannondorf's Last Stand"- a river ride based on the Zelda stories.

5. Super Smash Bros "The Final Batle"- A thrilling 4D feature based on the Super Samsh Bros games.

6. Star Fox "The Final Frontier"- A simulator ride with Star Fox

7. Pokemon Snap- a ride where you take pictures of Pokemon with a speacal camra and get points on how good your picture is, this is like the ride that one person was designing for camp Minny Mickey.

8. Isle of Delfino Playground- a kids playground based on the island in Mario Sunshine.

9. Nintendo All Star Cafe- This was Arsonwinter's idea is it OK if I use it.

10. Nintendo Square Store- A store where you can buy Nintendo and Squaresoft merchandise.

P.S. If anybody knows stuff about Final Fantasy I will like to make a ride based on that series

Music Square
1. Rock'n Rollercoaster starring Aerosmith- I think everyone knows about this ride, will be better than past versions

2. Make your Own Music- An attraction where you create your own music in a studio.

3. Music "A Behind the Scenes Look"- A show where you find out how music is made, and how CD's are created. And the evolution of Music.

4. Hard Rock Cafe- Don't need to explain this

5. Virgin Record Store- A humungous music store

Broadway
1. Aida- a broadway show

2. The Lion King- a broadway show

3. Beauty and the Beast- a broadway show

4. The Broadway Store- a store where you can buy Broadway merchandise, Music, T-Shirts, etc.

P.S- Shows will only play at certain times, every show will have a night time prefermance, and on weekends they will have matenie shows. You can buy admision to the park just for the Broadway shows.

That's it guys. A cut the 100 Acre Wood area because I relised it really did not fit in. I hoped the park. I explain the rides as time goes on. If you have any comments or suggestions please feel free.
