disneyland ticketing

I was doing some pricing on tickets for my May trip and I have a couple of questions that I was hoping could be answered by some of the disneyland experts here. We'll be in the parks for 3 days. I saw on the disneyland web site that 3 day hopper passes are $149. Do you think there's any chance that any more discounts will be offered closer to the date?

The other option we're considering is having one of us spend a little more and buy the weekday AP (we'll be there on a monday thru wednesday) for $229 so we would be eligible for AP discounts. Does DL usually offer AP discounts on resort hotel rooms? Would this be worth it?

You may want to consider a CityPass if you are planning to visit other area attractions. When I was in CA this past August, we used to 2005 program, and didn't even use the Knott's Berry Farm one.

You can click here for more information.

Have fun in CA!!

I just got the Disneyland Hotel with an AP discount for $109/wkd. night and $89/wkday night in January. The AAA rate for the same time period was $210/night.

Call them and ask. Also check www.mousesavers.com on the Disneyland page.

Thanks! We'll definitely have to call to see what their May AP rates are. If they're anywhere near that low, then I think the AP option will be the way to go.
