Is true only adults with 3 children can stay at frozen signature suite at Disneyland Hotel.

Well it's that or go at a different time of year when it's only the children from Europe playing truant from the school term.
Kids in Europe also shouldn’t play truancy from their school.
So 2 adults on their own with an infant can stay at frozen royal suite.

As an educator vacations can be very beneficial for children, it allows them to experience the world and bond with their family. While it is more convenient school-wise for families to wait for school breaks to vacation it just doesn't always work. Also most school allow a certain number of days that a student can be absent excused and then beyond that they are truant.

One adult, two adults, up to four adults. Fifth person, if there is one, would have to be a child though.
I think people are just having a little fun with you because your many questions can be answered with a quick Google search. We are not travel agents … well most of us aren’t - just Disney fans who gather on a chat forum to talk about the place we all enjoy.

In my mind, truancy is staying home watching the Price is Right and playing CoD. A Disney trip can be an enriching learning experience. (Your mileage may vary.)
