We live in phoenix it's a 5 hour drive, closer to 6 since we have to stop at a couple of superchargers, it might be a little difficult to come back for a day just to get those keys. I think we have to use the last day within a couple of weeks. Last year the enchants were available in November, and I think they didn't sell out til March or April right?

I dont think you’d need to come back. I believe you can upgrade them over the phone with customer service as long as the ticket is still active/ not expired. Of course this would only be a back up plan if keys aren’t being sold when you come in December. If I’m correct, the only risk would be if keys sell out before you are able to get a hold of someone at customer service. But they haven’t sold out just fast on at least two years.

I can’t remember tbh. I thought they didn’t com back last year until January. Or maybe that they sold them in November briefly and then again in January. But I might be conflating the last few years.

Enchant was available during January-April. Because I was eying on the purchase. But back off until the Inspire was offered back in May.

Right. I can’t recall if passes were on sale last November though or if that was two years ago. Or if they went On sale in Nov and stayed on sale through January.

I called them when we bought the passes. FYI for anyone reading, Disney said we had to be there in person at the ticket booth to upgrade our tickets to magic keys.

Really? It's hard to keep up. But I have also been told things by certain customer service reps in regards to keys/ renewals that ended up being false in the past.
