Disneyland isn’t going to 100%. They can. But they won’t.

Yes, it just feels different out west because they just reopened and are accelerating to mimic WDW. Changes that took a year at WDW will occur in weeks at DL.

Disneyland isn’t even accepting out of state guests yet, no way they just open capacity to 100% without out of state guests being allowed.

Disney IT is actively working to update those checkboxes to allow out of state on 6/15. But, I agree about capacity. Most people don’t even know what 100% means in this context--sold out NYE crowds.
