Disneyland D23 predictions

There is a thread for this about WDW, but I was wondering what you guys hope and think will be announced at this years Expo.

What I hope:
-Tomorrowland redo
-monstropolis in DCA
-a third gate, which would be the disney equivalent of Islands of Adventure, with a Star Wars land, marvel land, avatar land, and more

What I think:
-I honestly don't know!

What do you guys think? Also, is anyone else going to the Expo, I am! :)

I don't think anything huge will be announced for the DLR this year. I'm expecting some things announced for the 60th, but that's it. I'm definitely not expecting news of a third gate.

I hope Monstropolis for DCA gets canceled or something because it just doesn't fit the park. They can and should come up with something better.

I may or may not go to the Expo. Last year's was INSANE and the dates this year are really close to school.

If I wanted to get into the theater to see the announcements for the parks, how early do you think I should get in line for it?

I vote for Monstropolis, but we should remember that we are way out on a limb with Al Lutz on the Monstropolis thing.

The only place Monstropolis has been mentioned is in the past few months on Miceage by Al Lutz. No one else ever mentioned it, ever.

It came out of left field unexpectedly, and after the wild success of Cars Land and all the other new rides DCA has gotten in the last 3 years no one would expect DCA to also get the next big ride. Let alone a full remake of a sleepy corner of the park into a new themed mini-land like Monstropolis.

No one else is talking about this, and no one had the scoop on this prior to Al Lutz mentioning it earlier this spring. It's just something to consider for those of us voting for DCA and Monstropolis (like I just did). We are all alone out there with Al Lutz on this one. And often that scares people. But Lutz has had great scoops like this in the past, and stayed out on the limb all alone until Disney made a surprise announcement on it a few months later.

Two months and counting to D23 Expo....

i also believe there will be a new dl night parade announcement.

I would like to see some kind of recognition for Tony Baxter there...since he retired this year and has appeared at many, if not all, of these Events.
Probably not something on the list officially...but it would be nice to see him there.

Fingers crossed for more Iron Man :)

The "Suit Up" at Innoventions was great, I would gladly pay entry just to experience using J.A.R.V.I.S first hand.
