If you think $24/hr is bad/unjustified, imagine how much more Disney would be paying its CMs if it had insisted on continuing the no tattoo policies.
How much? Do you have any data to back this up or is it just a thought?
They DESERVE their wage increase, more rights of time off.
Well that’s debatable - they just got a wage increase - it seems a little much to want more right after that win.

Does Iger “deserve” an increase and a bonus each year?

It SHOULD be Disney responsibility to clean and keep their uniforms tidy. Not the cast members.

Disney has been doing exactly that for decades, and still does.

Too many CM's don't bother with that free dry cleaning/laundry service because they use their extra 20 minutes of paid time each day to just get on the freeway and go home. Who cares how wrinkled their uniform is?

If they choose, cast members can certainly drop off their costume after their shift and pick up a new fresh one.

Exactly. But too many CM's now clearly don't care. They know they can just throw their uniforms in with the other laundry, and roll in to work in a wrinkled and worn out uniform any time they want. No one in management says a thing to them, obviously.

Well, Iger like many other CEO’s are overpaid out of touch person. 🤣
