I recommend Cafe Orleans. We put our blanket down 2 hours in advance on the rail of F! and then had dinner at Cafe Orleans. The food was good. Monte Cristo, Pommes Frites and seafood crapes were awesome! An hour out my aunt went back to the blanket and the kids and I had time for a ride around the park on the train then snacks and at our blanket with 20 minutes to go.

Yumminess and the views are nice, either outside or in.
