Okay maybe a dumb question, but is the plaque/legacy we are talking about here the bricks on the ground as you walk in from the parking lot, or near the monorail/ferry/tram, and by the entrance of MK? There are hundreds, no, I'll bet thousands of those on the ground, too bad you can't do that anymore

For some reason I thought it was longer than 10yrs, I thought it was a 25yr thing. I could be wrong and really do not care one way or another now if it stays or goes but I really thought it was longer than 10yrs.

While I dislike LAL there is one benefit for a friend of mine. The LAL is the last known photo of my friends sister before she died. She died in 2000, so every year he goes to Epcot and just looks at the picture and thats it, he does not even do anything else in the parks.

No

Leave a Legacy is the etched metal tiles that are placed on the granite 'structures' in the entrance to EPCOT.

The bricks are a similar sort of thing, but are not called Leave a Legacy.

That is called 'Walk Around The World' (also referred to by many on here as Eisner's Walk To The Bank), except you can't actually walk all the way around as was planned. While not available anymore that hasn't stopped some - there is one tile on path between MK boat launches and the inlet where the EWP is berthed - where someone has written on their details, and even done the mickey hands in what looks like a tippex pen.
